Seia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of use shall apply.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reservation Policy – All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Seia reserves the right to adjust reservation times, party size, seating arrangements, or booking details as necessary for operational purposes. We may request additional information to confirm a reservation.
Cancellations & No-Shows – Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
Dinner reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, reduced party sizes not communicated in advance, or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50 dollars per guest. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Group Bookings – Larger parties may require a signed agreement, deposit, credit card authorization, or preselected menu. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking and must be accepted in writing.
Menu & Pricing
Menus, pricing, and offerings—whether published online or in print—are subject to change without notice.
Availability of specific dishes, ingredients, or beverages may vary due to seasonality or supply conditions. Pricing may differ during holidays, special events, private functions, or tasting menu experiences.
Applicable sales tax will be added in accordance with Florida law.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies, we cannot guarantee that any menu item will be free from allergens due to shared kitchen facilities and preparation areas.
Guests are responsible for informing their server of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.
Events & Private Dining
Private dining, full buyouts, and special event bookings are subject to separate written agreements. Deposits and payments for private events are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, trademarks, design elements, photography, and branding, is the property of Seia or its licensed partners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
