Located on the 54th floor of 830 Brickell, Seia rises above the city as a refined dining destination overlooking the Brickell skyline and the ocean. Members enjoy priority reservations for Seia’s dining room—whether indoors, on the expansive terrace, or in the exclusive private dining room designed for intimate gatherings.
Club Lounge
The Club Lounge serves as the heart of Seia Club. Perched on the 55th floor, the space blends warm architectural detail with sweeping skyline views. Rooted in Seia’s pillars of Craft, Location, and Experience, the Lounge is suited for everything from client meetings and quiet midday moments to evening gatherings. The Lounge is open for all-day dining with breakfast, lunch, dinner, dolci, and beverage menus, as well as an extensive wine list.
Club Terrace
The Club Terrace offers an open-air extension of Seia Club, a private vantage point above Brickell and Biscayne Bay. Private Dining Room
The Private Room at Seia is available to be reserved for meetings and curated gatherings. Members can reserve the room on a complimentary basis for meetings, as well as private dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for up to 16 guests.
